Refund and Return Policy
Thank you so much for choosing to support my art through NoParadox.ai! Each piece you order is custom-made just for you, which not only ensures its uniqueness but also reduces waste and minimizes environmental impact. I’ve chosen a print-on-demand production process to be more eco-conscious, avoiding excess inventory and unnecessary waste.
Since each product is crafted specifically for you, I’m unable to accept returns or exchanges unless there’s a genuine issue with the product. I want you to be completely happy with your purchase, so if anything goes wrong, I’m here to help!
When can I return or replace my product?
I’ll be happy to replace or refund your order if:
- The product arrives damaged or defective. If this happens, please email me at help@noparadox.ai within 30 days of receiving your order. I might ask you to share a photo of the issue so I can make things right as quickly as possible.
- The package gets lost in transit. If you haven’t received your order within 30 days of the expected delivery date, let me know, and I’ll help track it down or send a replacement.
- You entered the wrong address. We all make mistakes! If you realize that you’ve entered the wrong shipping address, I can help reship the product once it’s returned, though you’ll need to cover the reshipping costs. To avoid this, please double-check your shipping details before placing your order.
What situations aren’t eligible for returns?
Since each print is made to order just for you, I’m unable to accept returns for:
- Changing your mind about the purchase.
- Incorrect size or style selection. Be sure to double-check the details before ordering.
How to file a return or refund request:
If you encounter any issues, please reach out to me at help@noparadox.ai with:
- Your order number.
- A description of the issue.
- Photos (if applicable) showing any damage or defects.
I’ll get back to you within 2-3 business days to resolve the issue, and if everything checks out, I’ll either replace the product or issue a refund to your original payment method. If you are not happy then neither am I, please rest assured I will always do everything I can to make sure you love what you receive.
